What is coaching and why do you need it?

Coaching is simply getting help.  When you start to take on a new challenge of selling
online, it can be overwhelming to say the least.  Trying to build a system from the
ground up can be a daunting task to say the least.  When you think about it, getting
good information is an amazing time saving event.  When you are in business,
everything is an expense and that is how you need to think of every penny you spend
on your business.  If you invest in coaching you will move farther and faster down the
road of getting established.  The idea is not to get discouraged when setting up your
new enterprise.  The good news is you can purchase as much or as little as you want.
 There is no package that ropes you into a large investment that adds to the
pressure of setting up.
The hard way verses the easier way.

Earlier I mentioned the subject of building a system.  When you start this online
venture the smartest idea is to build a system.  Systems allow you to be organized
and avoid the concept of putting out fires all the time.  You want to be in charge of
your business instead of your business being in charge of you.  There is a definete
upside to calm planning and function instead of constantly solving problems.  The key
to all this is planning.  I have been on both ends and I definetly like having a smooth
running system in place BEFORE opening for business.  Ask anyone in business and
they will tell you that getting help in this area is golden.
Experience factor

The trouble with internet guru's and the so called Ebay experts today is that they
make their living telling you how to become rich selling online.  The problem is, they
do not make their living selling items, they make their money selling knowledge.  
While that in itself is pretty cool, you don't really know if they are the real deal or just
trying to pry some cash out of your wallet.  I sell items to make a living, pure and
simple.  I love to teach and am constantly helping friends start their own websites and
online ventures.  So the transition to DIY Manufacturing seemed to make a lot of
sense.  Not only do I specialize in starting and organizing systems, but we have
paticular interest in marketing your site so that if finds its way to the first page of
Google. (which should be your goal)  Having a site is not enough now a days, you
have to take the time and figure out how to get it to rank in the search engines so that
potential customers find you.  This is pretty much a no brainer for Ebay type
businesses but if you sell via web sites this can take a large part of your business
time.  Let me toot my own horn for the sake or your piece of mind.  My website is
ranked on Page One in Google and Yahoo for our main keywords!

  • Next do your homework.  We do not want to waste your time when you spent
    good money to be coached, we want to give you your moneys worth.  So you
    need to get ready.  Have your idea and product line ready.  Email us with your
    product line, a start to your plan, and a list of questions.  We will email you
    some organizational tools so you can be ready when we start the coaching.  
    We can break the coaching times down into half hour segments to give you
    time to implement some of the directions.
  • We will email you and schedule time via the phone.  If you are in the orlando
    area, we would be willing to meet with you in person.
